During this time, the state launched the “School Closed but Learning Continues” campaign, ensuring uninterrupted educational progress. The DIKSHA platform played a pivotal role in these efforts.
Through innovative approaches like QR code-enabled Energized Textbooks (ETBs), Maharashtra has provided access to high-quality educational resources to students across various mediums and grades by consolidating engaging content on the platform.
The state has also conducted extensive training programs to equip teachers with the skills to effectively utilize the DIKSHA platform. Beyond students, Maharashtra has developed specialized courses for teachers and regional administrative officers, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Each year, Maharashtra creates and uploads new e-content to the DIKSHA platform, benefiting millions of students and teachers. To expand its reach, the state provides English subtitles for Marathi medium videos, ensuring accessibility for learners nationwide. Additionally, the creation of e-content in Indian Sign Language reflects Maharashtra's commitment to inclusivity and support for students with disabilities.
