There are two types of reports on the course dashboard:
Summarised reports: these reports are generated every 24 hours. The report displays the total count for course enrollment and completions for a State and district.
Detailed reports: These reports are generated on-demand based on user requests. The requested report is generated within 24 hours. Users can request for 3 kinds of detailed reports:
Course progress exhaust
User profile exhaust
Question set report

Course progress exhaust
This contains user-level course progress information without the user’s Personally Identifiable Information(PII).
The course creator who has created the batch or additional course mentors added to the batch.
The password for this report is optional. If you provide a password when you request for the report, you need the same password to open it.
User profile
This contains user PII information
The course creator who has created the batch.
It is mandatory to have a password for this report. Make a note of the password when you request for the report because you need the same password to open it.
Question set report
This report contains the user responses to questions for the course assessment. This is a raw file that the State can use to derive insights related to the course assessment.
