Overview

Course Progress Exhaust is an on-demand report containing information about the course and the progress of enrolled users in a State. It also includes geographical details where the course commenced, the user’s completion status, assessment score, and certificate status.

Report Details

The course progress exhaust details consists of the following columns:

Report Column Description
Collection ID The course identifier
Collection Name The course title
Batch ID The batch identifier
Batch Name The batch title
User UUID The unique user ID generated by the system to identify the user on DIKSHA
State The name of the State as declared by the self-signed-up user. For the state-validated user, this is the name of the State as passed by the State SSO system or derived from the school ID.
District The name of the District as declared by the self-signed-up user. For the state-validated user, this is the district’s name as passed by the State SSO system or derived from the school ID.
Org Name The name of the user organization. Valid values:
DIKSHA Custodian for self-signed up users
respective tenant names for SSO
School ID The school identifier
School Name The name of the school
Block Name The name of the Block.
Valid values: Blank: for self-signed users;
Derived from School ID: for State validated teachers or users.
Cluster Name The name of the cluster
User Type The role of the user in DIKSHA
User Sub Type The sub role of a user in DIKSHA
Declared Board The board selected by the user at the time of onboarding
Enrolment Date The date when the user enrolled for the course
Completion Date The date when the user completed the course
Certificate Status This column contains the status of the certificate associated with the course. Valid values
Issued: if the certificate is issued,
Blank: if not issued
Progress The course progress percentage
Total Score The user’s total score (best attempt) across all course assessments within the course. For example, if there are two assessments in a course, and the user scores 5/10 in the first and 2/5 in the following evaluation. Their assessment percentage will be 7/15 = 47%
Score The user’s best attempt for the given assessment ID. This field generates a dynamic column. For example, for three assessments within the parent collection, there will be three corresponding columns
