User Profile Exhaust
Overview
User Profile Exhaust contains the additional information of the users, such as Email and mobile number that have joined the course. This exhaust has data of users with explicit consent to share their information while enrolling for the course. Users can turn on or turn off their profile-sharing status any number of times while consuming the course. The consent status while generating the report is accounted for the instance when the exhaust is requested. Administrators are responsible for securing users’ profile information and ensuring it complies with the DIKSHA Course Terms. A password is a must while requesting the report, and use the same password to open the downloaded file.

Additional Notes
- User can place the report request for both Live and Expired batches.
- The password should be eight(8) characters, alphanumeric, without special characters or spaces.
- The password is crucial to open the downloaded file and must be remembered.

Report Details
The user profile exhaust contains the data of the user who agreed to share their profile information with the course creator. The report consists of the following columns:

| Collection Name | The course title |
| Batch ID | The batch identifier |
| Batch Name | The batch title |
| User UUID | The unique user ID generated by the system to identify the user on DIKSHA |
| User Name (On user consent) | The name of the user |
| User Type | The role of the user in DIKSHA |
| User Sub-type | The sub role of a user in DIKSHA |
| State | The name of the State as declared by the self-signed-up user. For the state-validated user, this is the name of the State as passed by the State SSO system or derived from the school ID |
| District | The name of the District as declared by the self-signed-up user. For the state-validated user, this is the district’s name as passed by the State SSO system or derived from the school ID |

| School Name | The name of the school |
| Org Name | The name of the user organization. Valid values: DIKSHA Custodian for self-signed up users respective tenant names for SSO |

| Consent Provided | The status of user consent to share their profile details at the time of requesting the report. Valid values: Yes, No |
